Are IPA’s turning out to be the equivalent of pumpkin spice?

For someone who grows hot chilies, I’m surprised you don’t use more cumin.

I saw ours in the back of the cabinet while I was hunting my cinnamon. I didn’t bother it. I don’t know what it might do.
