People do fish as soon as the trout farm has made a delivery. Seems like cheating to me, but what do I know?

Why not just put a net under the spout and get ’em that way? Or call them up on a crank telephone. Such sportsmen.

Actually, most fish stocked like that are usually gone by the end of a couple of days anyway. There are several lakes/ponds around here that are stocked annually—with rainbow trout no less!!!—and kids (and birds) are the beneficiaries. Maybe they’ll have their pictures taken with their trophies.

I wonder if they have licenses or permission to be on that lake? Probably not.

Yeah, you hit the whitebait mother lode all right….cook ’em up in big piles, like smelt or sanddabs…

why not; you got there first….that’s what the world is all about to this group.

… then complain cos there are no “decent size” fish in the lake.

a mother of a load…. that’s what’s IN that boat. They don’t need no stinkin’ anchor cos they’re ALL dead weight.

That looks like a great boat. Free boat rental is another advantage of working at a self storage lot.

And what’s with the bubbles to the right of Jerry? In cartoonish it either symbolizes passing gas or alcohol consumption..I think I just answered my own question!

My youngest son likes to fish and the lakes/ponds in many city parks are stocked that way. We got him a license last time he visited and spent 2 lovely afternoons at one very pretty park, but never caught any large enough to keep. Fitzroy and I had a good time also watching all the ducks and swans. I took some photos.

2 items: redneck dictionary used to say “Fishing is just an excuse for getting drunk, sunburned and MAYBE bringing food home, too” i personnally just don’t get it.or, just buy a gorton’s fish pack on the way home.

Better stock up on Brain Bleach since the ’’boys’’ are shirtless. I’ve heard it is good for sunburn? Dab it on then a cool shower.

I actually LIKE seafood when it is really fresh (having a son who likes to fish and will do all the cleaning is good- next best thing to having seafood just caught right next to the restaurant. We had great meals when I went to eldest son’s wedding in N.Hampshire- even the restauant where I held grooms dinner.
