Lucas = “Prince of Darkness” and the necessity of owning two Jaguars; one to drive while the other is in the shop, etc. Then I thought of the famous Tates Exploration Equipage Company. They were in business during the great period of exploration—Lewis & Clark, Stanley & Livingstone, etc. but were notorious for their poor quality and unreliability.
