    I went to a pig roast once, they buried the pig, etc. GREASY! Host was from England, not a slam but maybe he did it wrong. OR maybe that it was right. Anyhoo I got drunk for free!

    Mmmmm…. fully cooked canned ham’s roasting on the fire. I’m sure the marshmallows will keep them moist.. or the extra nitrates and nitrites..

    The fire department will be along soon. The “find-it” pig came because he saw the crew and thought it was a family reunion. It wasn’t, but he did find some relatives.

    Authentic? A family member used to have roasted whole pigs for family parties. I never went near them. I just felt sad. I don’t eat pork, anyway. I like pigs, they are too cute and too smart to eat.
