You can die pretty much anywhere for free, if you do it right. Heck, you can even go to the lobby of a cryo lab and die there, if you want.
The reason Antarctica isn’t preferred for cryogenics is because you can’t regulate the temperature and ensure you consistently STAY frozen enough and long enough for it to be effective. This is especially a concern with global warming being a thing.
So, the only free lunch in life is death?
