For the record, just because Wikipedia can theoretically be edited by “anyone,” that doesn’t mean you’re allowed to go on there and just say whatever you like, true or not. Wikipedia does have standards they actively moderate and enforce, and they expect you to back up your claims, or it will be challenged and/or flat-out removed, usually pretty swiftly (though it admittedly can depend on how high traffic a particular article is).
I, personally, found it far more reliable a resource than it often gets credit for, and it’s great for on-the-fly casual research.
