    Sophie’s attitude towards Doug is a classic example of sibling rivalry.

    It kind of reminds me of one of my sisters.

    I am the youngest of a fairly large family. The sister that falls just before the one closest to me in age once confessed to me that she had never really forgiven the sister that was born between us for “stealing” her place as the “baby” of the family… and that she had been happy when I was born because I supplanted that sister as the ‘baby.”
