Maybe Evil Kitty should try Hyannis Port.

Well, I know you can find plenty of Bahstin fans in Montreal, particularly on game day, so, yeah, I suppose it’s possible to find Habs fans in Bahstin. And I’ve never seen a chocolate lab in either place.

“Habs” is a contraction of “Habitants”, meaning more or less “The common people”, those most loyal to the Canadiens…

In July of 1983, I moved from the Midwest to Hartford (“hahtfahd”), Connecticut. In September of that same year, I visited back home and all my friends told me that I “talked funny”.

@runar – I lived in Hartford for 2-years; I refer to it as my “northern exile”.

I imagine if they’re in Boston, that the 2 new cats are Cliff and Norm from Cheers. Anyone else able to find the movie with the wicked cat? I believe it IS “Gay Puree” and Judy Garland and Robert Goulet provide 2 of the voices (Musette and Jaune Tom). I think I still have a copy on DVD; it shows a demon cat and he has quite a few followers… I had never heard of the Habs, but imagined it must be a sports team (and I know very little about those in ANY city). Norm should be the big fluffy cat.

I just looked for that film and did not find it, but currently have Aristocats in my player, watching the morning news while I finish my grapefruit. This one has a similar alley cat to Jaune Tom (who I believe was a farm cat) but the evil cat is not showing I think I remember the ugy black devil cats with a song “The Money Cat Can” and they chased the young couple around the roofs of Paris until Jaune Tom remembered his expertise in catching rats and pictured that devil cat as a rat – and did it in! I have way too many DVDs that make it difficult to find one.

Nahm is a little skinnier then Norm in Cheers, but these look like a couple of tipsy cats.

You won’t find too many Bruins fans in Vancouver, either!

Bruin fan in Vancouver? I know of one (I pass him on my way to work). He hasn’t worn his jersey since Game 5.

.Seems Devil Kitty will take a while to find Sophie
