Darn cats!I have to say, Brian, that today’s strip really reminded me of our black lab. That is EXACTLY what she looked like on the stairs……only going up instead of down. This was typically when we would call her and she would crawl, thinking she was in trouble (she wasn’t).Also, on one of the first nights she was in the house, we heard a noise out in the dining room, went out to check- there she was, all fours standing on the dining room table, helping herself to the butter! And looked at us as if to say, “Is there a problem?”
We had three shelties. We never found any of them standing on the dining room table, or on the kitchen counter, but nothing edible ever hit the floor if it was dropped.

Those cats remind me of:“I’m going to eat you little fishy.”and Cat ordering fish from Red Dwarf’s food vendor.
