Kong’s move wasn’t voluntary, that had been a forced relocation. At least he was able to pick up chicks there, which is better than what you can find in a lake.

Neither do the legendary Sewer ‘Gators, who’d make rather quick work of our Green friend as he’s rather short on offensive armament.

Senior moment…we haven’t seen the Lake Monster in ages…what’s its name again?

That explains a bit…Was it a similar story for Godzilla too?

I thought Godzilla’s was a business trip.

Oh dear, I’m quite afraid the lake monster is growing on me whilst using it’s winsomely winning ways!

@Celecca, I think it is that the monster is acquiring a bit of Sophie’s charm (In panel 3, he uses Sophie’s nose crinkle).
