Shedding season can be brutal.Especially with the onset of early female pattern baldness.

Why do I suspect the cat started it? I wonder what it was this time.

What do expect from a cat cornered by a hostile dog? …Actually, Sophie should be glad he didn’t do something weirder, like whip out a ray gun.

Now I know what happened to that poor kitten who I met years ago in the park. Crying – and trying to squeeze itself into the base of a tree. Its human was sitting right there – enjoying the sunshine and park. And I just made a bee line for wails. Now I know. Kitten probably hid somewhere warm and safe after being taken home.
