Sophie and Doug remind me of kids we see along the Seawall. If there’s a puddle, the little ones make a beeline for the puddles. Some parents take it in stride. Others freak out.Watched the Preakness Race (2nd of 3 races for the Triple Crown in horse racing). Televised live …. in the span of 5 minutes the track went from dry, sandy, fast to swimming in mud. Rain storm hit. Horses still ran. Some like rain and mud.
While I’m glad there is a chance of a Triple Crown winner this year, I think that 2nd place finisher Tale of Verve (30 to 1 odds) would have caught 1st place winner American Pharaoh (Kentucky Derby winner) if 3rd place finisher Divining Rod hadn’t taken him wide at the end of the race…

If the sun is a parent in the sky, then is a sunburn a celestial spanking?

Ha-ha… a “parent” in the sky, making silly rules and taking all the joy out of life…
That’s just about the craziest thing… Oh, wait…
Nope, still crazy.
