I like to use seat belt harnesses for my dogs. My corgi bounces around too much in the truck and tries to get on my lap while I’m driving; also it’s safer if there is an accident. Dogs can get injured if they are loose in a collision and sometimes when first responders open the door after an accident, some dogs have been known to escape from the car and get lost in the confusion.

Sort of went from ‘ho ho’ to ‘oh no’ in a hurry there didn’t it. Don’t feel bad Sophie, even fighter pilots have to strap in.
