This is the reverse of an incident when one of my cousins was visiting. My brother’s dog was having an intense scratching session, where her foot rhythmically thumped the floor and the closest I can come to evoking her vocalizations would be a cross between a coyote howling at the moon and Yoko Ono. About 20 seconds in, my cousin said, “Well, it’s catchy, but can you dance to it?”
