I had a little dog like that. He would not let anyone but me touch him. If he saw a large dog at the park, he’d go shooting across the open lawn towards it like a canine cruise missile on a mission, even it if were 100 yards away. Found him on the streets as a stray and kept him ’til his passing, 13 years later.

I have found the smaller the dog, the bigger the attitude.

I had a Yorkie that was the same way until he met a real German Shepherd.

There’s a book called “In Cuba, I was a German Shepard.” Written by Ana Menendez.

I have german shepherd dogs. Believe it or not some are quite the sissies…poor breeding. But well bred GSDS, best dogs in the world, IMHO

He’s right, it’s just a matter of political correctness. You can choose your breed as well as you can choose your gender.
