My next door neighbor has grass. I walk barefoot in her yard all the time. She expects it. I was sitting in her front yard one day and another neighbor commented on how nice my yard looked. I looked at the overgrown tree and shrub mess with bare patches that is my yard and said, “Really?” She said I took such lovely care of my lawn. I reminded her that I don’t live in the house, just the front yard. I live next door.
