Rufus: I'm sorry, Rev, but I'm really cooling on the Bible readings. Rev. Sloan: Why's that, Rufus? Rufus: Well, for one thing, the language! Religion uses a lot of weird words. Rev. Sloan: Doesn't mean you have to Rufus! The lord doesn't stand on formalities. Why, you can call the lord whatever you want! You don't even have to call him "Father." If you feel it's more honest, you can call him "dad"! Rufus: "Our dad who art in heaven?" Rev. Sloan: Acceptable! Perfectly acceptable!
Thats actually a quote from Jesus. “Call Him Abba Father” which in hebrew means something like “my sweet Daddy”
