Dan Rather: Congressman, how do you feel about Philip Ventura's recent assertion that "everybody else has been doing it"? Man: Well, Nixon didn't invent it. Johnson and Kennedy were in it up to their necks. Absolutely flagrant abuses of power! In a way, Nixon had a point. The Constitution had been systematically dismantled by his predecessors long before his gang came to power! Rather: Actually, sir, I was referring to the hiring of mistresses. Man: Nixon? I think not.
