J.J: I swear, Zeke, this place is too good to be true! Zeke: Yeah, but it needs a lot of work. I didn't so much inherit it as I did acquire the salvage rights. The roof is shot, the galvanized plumbing is going, there's water damage, broken windows... Duke wasn't much for maintenance and it shows. But this house is part of the legend, and it must be preserved. I have a dream of restoring the whole property to just the way it was when Duke was living here! J.J: Wow... even the barn? Zeke: No, that's going to be the souvenir shop.
