A well-meaning but gullible American speaking. Person: Yes, this is headquarters. How are the plans for our next demonstration coming along? Man: Not too well, sir. There's been a bit of set-back...investigating reporters for "Reader's Digest" found out we're being manipulated by Moscow. And now president Reagan is denouncing the whole movement. Person: He is? But the nuclear arms-freeze is supported by tens of millions of sincere Americans! Man: Yes, sir, but you know how seriously the president takes the digest. Person: This is terrible! How did they find out? Let me speak to your head of security! Man: Yes, sir. Hold the line please, sir. Hey, George! Our Soviet masters on line three! George: Uh-oh. Are they sore about the leak?
