Rick: It's the question we shout at Reagan as he walks out to the helicopter on the south lawn. Traditionally, Sam Donaldson handles the helicopter question, but he's out sick today, so you've been given the nod. Roland: Wait a minute! What happened to senority? Mark: Me? I'm subbing for the human bullhorn? Rick: Sam picked you personally.
