Jimmy: Doc, I'm planning a relief fund-raiser when I get home. What can I say is your greatest need here in the camps? Man: Actually, Jimmy, most of what we need is already in Ethiopa. Food, medicine, vehicles - they're all on the docks, but held up by red tape. Sometimes it gets so bad, we just go in at night and stage a raid on our own supplies. Of course, it means paying off a lot of customs and warehouse people. Jimmy: "That's right, folks, your $100 contribution will help us bribe for Ethiopan officials!" Man: Make it ten. They're a very good buy.
