Mark: Less than one month ago, George Bush's theme-of-the-week was ethics! He would not tolerate, he told us, even the appearance of impropriety in his administration! Since then, we've seen John Tower scandalized by his peccadillos involving wine, women and one assumes, song; Jack Kemp, accused of financial improprieties; ditto, ethics chief C. Boyden Gray...all of this during the first two weeks of George Bush's watch! Is this what Bush meant by...by...actually, I feel kinda sorry for the guy. Harvey: Delayed honeymoon syndrome.
