Roland: This better be good. Rick: Yeah! Roland: I was right in the middle of planting some trees! Rick: Me, too! George Bush: Good morning. As some of you may know, I've been taking a lot of heat from the environmental crowd lately...not that I can't take the heat from these extremist guys. I can. But as the environment President, I shouldn't have to! The thing of it is, these environmental problems are local! The states aren't doing the job they should do. And as the environment President, I've told them so! Sure, cleaning up the environment costs money, but money means tough choices and/or taxes, and that goes against the very grain of my approval ratings! What to do? Well, this administration has always taken its inspiration from a word found in nature itself...coast.
