Phil: ...and then in '48 I started with the firm...I'm not boring you, am I, kid? Waiter: Oh, no, sir! This is fascinating! Phil: It is kinda, isn't it? Waiter: ...and then on to a life of public service! I'll probably have to hold down tow jobs to apy for law school, but heck, a little hard work never hurt anyone right, sir? Phil: Not to hear my son tell it! He's a disc jockey! After the best education money can buy! But whenever I ask him when he's getting a real job. All he says is "Get outa my face! Get outa my face!" Waiter: What a shame, sir. I've always felt that those of us born with some of the advantages in life have an even greater responsibility to make a worthwhile contribution! Phil: You know something, Miles? You're the son I always wanted! I think I'm going to leave my estate to you instead of that carwreck of a kid I got tagged with! Yeah, I'm going to leave you all eight million smacks! What do you think of that? Waiter: Um...are you serious, sir? I'm...I'm flabbergasted! Phil: I'll have my lawyer draw up the papers in the morning. See you later, Miles! Man: Hey, kid, did you finish washing those glasses? Waiter: Get outa my face.
