We should be breaking ground any day now, as soon as our bribes clear....we've got title to about 200 acres of countryside, as well as a long strip of coastline, which has a lot of potential as a swimming beach! B.D.: Potential? What's wrong with it now? Phred: Well, at the moment, we have a small problem with sea snakes. B.D.: Sea snakes? Phred: And sharks. We may have to mine the harbor.
