Mark: Scott, I've noticed that in the absence of any weapons of mass destruction, you guys now only talk about there being a "program." Isn't that downgrading the rationale for war after the fact? It's like we invaded Iraq because Saddam was thinking bad thoughts. Press Secretary Scott McClellan: Not at all. In the current atmosphere of mistrust, we switched to the word "program" because we think it's the more accurate term. It's part of our new candor program. Mark: Uh-oh.
