Condoleezza Rice from inside white house: Sir, when you're out defining Richard Clarke, the press may ask you if you're "sorry" about 9/11... whatever you do, don't say you're sorry in the apologetic sense, like Clarke did. Don't take any responsibility at all! Instead, just be sorry in the sympathetic sense of the word. Say you're sorry for the fa,milies' losses, etc. Bush: But isn't everyone?
