Yes, beprepn, me too. My dad was in the navy from ‘35-’39 and from ‘41-’45. He said that SOS back then was called bear$h!+. I used to sometimes find egg shell fragments in my scrambled eggs.

After eating in the mess hall, I always wondered why my Mother didn’t pour the bacon grease over my eggs before giving them to me.

I have confusion with this comic strip. Often times I can’t tell what is new and what is a repeat.

And don’t forget to ask if he’s ever fired a firearm and if so, how many times? (Actually asked that by a medico who got all worked up because I didn’t know how may times and asked me to guess, “Twice? Three times?? Four? THOUSANDS???!!!!” I think that’s why I didn’t get hired.)

“borderline type in the ICD-10) is a cluster-B personality disorder whose essential features are a pattern of marked impulsivity and instability of affects, interpersonal relationships, and self image. The pattern is present by early adulthood and occurs across a variety of situations and contexts.1 Other symptoms may include intense fears of abandonment and intense anger and irritability, the reason for which others have difficulty understanding. People with BPD often engage in idealization and devaluation of others, alternating between high positive regard and great disappointment. Self-mutilation and suicidal behavior are common.”Wikipedia

Even cartoonists get a break now and then.

“Parent” is the only 24/7/52/365 job description.
