Basically, Mellow is a way of defining the space your head's in, a way of getting in touch with those feelings that will enable you to lead a much more natural lifestyle. Mark: I see. And what would be some examples of Mellow. Dan: Mellow is all around us, Mark. It's wheat fiber. It's houseplants. It's Chopin festivals and jacuzzis and tennis lessons and the ACLU! Mark: Hmm... sounds complicated. Is there a beginner's Mellow? Dan: Oh, for sure! All you need is a good ten-speed!
