Norman: Dad, I have some good news and some bad news. Which do you want to hear first? Ralph: I always want to hear the bad news first, because then I know the good news will make me feel better! Norman: I'm the opposite. I'd rather hear the good news first because that gives me the strength to hear the bad news! Ralph: You're weird. My way makes much more sense! Norman: OK, well, here goes... Gramma is coming to stay with us for a week! Ralph: ... Sigh... There, you see? I'm not completely upset because I know you're about to tell me some good news! Norman: Oh, wait... That was the good news. The bad news is, she's bringing her poodle!
