Ralph: Have some Halloween candy, Norm! Norman: OK! Aaaaughh! I thought you said adults shouldn't try to scare little kids on Halloween! Ralph: I did! But any trick-or-treater over 6 feet tall is fair game!
I put one of the “scary” figures on the front walk, attached a sign the outstretched hand with “You must be under this highto receive goodies.” Seems to work so far.
