From a half can of whipped cream down to a quarter of that wait any longer and you wonât have any.
I only use whipped cream for Irish coffee. Iâd love some of that right now!

such a small thing to comment about, but here goes.
when you put that mound of whipped cream atop the mug of hot chocolate, you are essentially putting a lid over a pot,
slowing the cooling process down considerably

Ralph, get a better insulated mug. Then when you do the touch-test it will feel cool, and youâll go ahead and down the hot chocolate.

I feel the same way as Ralph! I like hot chocolate warm. Pretty much any âhotâ drink, like tea, only mildly warm!
