Honest as the day is…….Burrrrp!!!
I can never answer questions like that. I just default to something stupid like “I’ll get here on time, I’ll work hard and I won’t steal from the company.” So far that has been enough.
I think I’m going to say that in my next interview, it will be honest and nicer then a paycheck

It certainly is good motivation to keep the job.
Call me old fashioned, but I’ve always subscribed to the notion that work brings a man dignity. But I guess you have to WANT dignity to start with.
