I know. Religious school and a Bar Mitzvah didn’t do much for me, and I’ve spent the better part of my 61 years as a non-observant Jew, and an atheist.

Maybe Len could take the lessons with Colin or study with him at home.

If Abby can prove how religious school is going to affect his future, then maybe he will go. It is like telling someone that they need to learn algebra. Why? I have never needed algebra even once in my life.

Len’s got a point…his lack of attendance to religious school doesn’t seem to have made him any more or less religious than Colin, and he’s a pretty decent guy regardless, so…

I keep thinking this is something they should let Colin choose to do, so I keep hoping Len’s stance on the matter will eventually eventually spur them in that direction…but we’ll see.

Admittedly, sometimes these two fail to learn what should’ve been the obvious lesson from these storyarcs.
