And governments think economic sanctions are going to make a difference. Not likely. Right now, the free world is giving Putin Carte Blanche to do what he wants. After the Ukraine falls, other countries will say “I don’t know how it happened.”
In the event of an all-out war, there probably won’t be any place to flee to!
