I ride about 5 miles to work almost very day. Earlier this year when I turned 55 years old I attempted to ride my age in miles to celebrate. I got to 45 before I ran out of steam. I know a number of folks older than I who pedal centuries at least once a month though. You get out what you put it, Abbie.
