Wow, well Aaron Marx does know what a MUTT is. I’m curious as to how he knows this. (I’m also curious as to how he knows the location of Endtown, but that I attribute to magic…he just clicks his heels three times ;) )

He can see, from panel 2, that they’re quickly running out of time.

Two new auctions this week at the Endtown Auction Block.. a double-sided Endtown original featuring Holly embarrassing herself and a color Holly & Wally “chase” drawing that I drew on request. All proceeds help Endtown stay alive! And, yes, I mean that..

This action verifies that the hole does go where he says it does and not just a hallucination even though it is a real cool trick. I would have jumped without even looking back, considering. Blessed Be

That was cute! I bet Linda didn’t think so, but considering the , Headhunters were getting close justified it. I’m wondering if they all will need to be tossed in or if they can scramble through on their own?

What is “the original book” is it something that preceeds the 2 Endtown books we just got?

Well, Holly looks positively mortified (panel 4). Of course, she probably figures she’s next.

Given AM’s recent displays of, shall we say, extrordinary abilities, his expression of concern in panel 2 seems out of place. What happened to his deck of cards? Wouldn’t another hand of solitare be just the thing? Why go the the “big finish” (the portal) at this point? He could have done that at any time, why now? Stand by for another neck wrenching turn…;-)

As a famous Science author once said – can’t recall who said this (it’s a bitch to be old) and I’m paraphrasing here – “Any sufficiently advanced technology will appear as magic to those who are not as advanced”.

Holly looks startled to say the least. She may scramble in on her own. I would. Even if it’s not Endtown it looks far safer than where they are now! Would NOT want to end up in a mutt body.

Okay, I did took pity on Linda when she was turned into a koala, turned down by those cold, unfeeling TSers for not letting her see her son one last time, but I draw the line when she argued to Aaron Marx about taking the shortcut portal back into Endtown. When there’s a solution to fleeing from adversity, don’t debate, just follow orders!

Will someone please explain something that’s confusing me?Do these comic strip creators have to pay to be on GoComics?Do they even get paid for doing this?I only ask because of the reference up above and that a strip was stopped by it’s creator because he couldn’t afford to keep it on GoComics, or Sherpa, I’m not sure which now, but it’s gone now as far as any new strips.

Just thinkin, but if that ISN’T Endtown, and they 1. show up with Linda in a TS uniform, and 2. tell their story about saving the outpost, then they could just maybe find themselves in a pickle not unlike the one that ensnared A&G. Hmmm…;-)

Two comments about Linda. In that small scene, we learn just what an innate disgust Topsiders share of mutants, in that she would rather have her brain cut out than go in ‘there’ with ‘those people’. Secondly, given how little time has passed since she was rolling drunk, she still probably has quite a bit of alcohol on board.
