Did the light, or what happened during that time,, cause her to lose conscienceness and thus become anthro? 3 steps, do you really think there was no connection and it wasn’t the human Holly?
Not one of Lyn’s better dates. Don’cha just hate it when a date goes bad? But really, my worst date ended better than being hit by a Hellfire missile. It just seemed really bad at the time. Perspective counts. Still, my office did look like that once when I came back from from the landing strip, and I actually got in my building before it was bombed, and I was not in the military, on that job I thought I was collecting for a sort of Central American toys for tots. ALL THAT SAID, I am pretty sure, which around here maybe 15%, that Holly is Topside with Wally in fairly modern times to where we left off seven weeks ago, maybe a little ahead, if Wally was taken hostage as a terrorist. The rats could have been a ditto test for our intrepid duo.STILL VOTE, WE HAVE TO CATCH UP . Vote ENDTOWN . Vote Doc Rat . Vote Hubris . Vote Kevin and Kell . Sincerely, . Our first “Before & After” and Aaron couldn’t have picked a better subject! (Technically, Flask was the first, but we never got to see her face.) Thank you so very much, Aaron!
The bright light is a narrative transition effect, passing the viewpoint from the flashback to the present. Holly’s thinking about her past, maybe with the sun reminding her of the helicopters’ lights. Obviously she wasn’t killed, and had to have been taken into custody, along with Lyn. Lyn doesn’t seem to be the type to survive custody.
The chopper made an effective roadblock.Holly’s freedom has opened memories she had in Endtown but did not want to allow them to come forward.Nice chopper looks like a cross between a Paveway and a Hind.At least they made it to some ruins. Better cover.
There’s a lot of the story still left to tellAnd likely her captors then put her through hellWhere’s Lyn? How’s she change? I’d like more in this mix!Not just Holly on ruins who says “them’s the bricks”=|====/ Level HeadVote for Endtown 2.0And for Doc Rat, tooThe Endtown ForumThe Endtown AuctionThe Endtown Books

Closing the loop, and thus showing that there’s absolutely no connection between the people in the flashback, and anyone currently extant post-End.

I am reading it as the sight of the glaring sun made Holly think back to the events pre-change, ending with the glaring helo spotlight.

Hmmmmm, from what little we saw of human Holly, IMHO she seems way cuter as a mouse.
finder10030 almost 11 years ago
Well, hello Hollly! Personally, I find her cuter as a mouse anthro.
