Maggie says, "These lousy apples never ripened." Maggie says, "I'm throwing them out." Ames says, "Here, I'll toss them." Ames says, "Incoming!" Ted says, "Careful. No beanballs."
I’m wondering what is expected to happen with the ripening of an apple after pulling it off the tree. My experience is that it is as good as it’s going to be and time only makes it gross.
