The question they don’t answer is: Why do people pick up after the dog, and then hang the bag in the nearest tree or street sign?

Some studies showed that plastic consumption went up after bag fees since people bought other bags to use where the store bags had been previously used. (dogs, cats, garbage, transport, etc)

Waxed paper could do as well. It worked for bread. It worked for milk.

Nothing intrinsically evil with plastic bags, it is PEOPLE not disposing them properly.

We can’t use plastic bags, but we can buy them to pick up after our dogs and for trash. It has never made any sense to me!
