Every morning our department holds a totally useless video conference and we take turns leading it. Thursday was my turn and I had to read an article about a new excellence program where supervisors and managers get input from subordinates before making decisions. That was tough to read with a straight face.
I for one appreciated input from my staff. They were in the trenches and could give mr real insight. If I helped them in their job it made me more successful!
