or they have those big ugly plastic tissue holders that get the tissue up inside and you can’t reach it to pull any down. I agree with Larry, I always check to make sure it is reachable and filled.
What we can deduce from this is that she tried to fix the roll by reversing it so the sheet comes from the top instead of the bottom, and she dropped the whole thing in the process. Been there.
