Seriously, jogging is BAD. I had a medic who jogged religiously (for the high) tell me to NEVER START. It is addictive, but it will destroy your knees. Walking, on the other hand, will give you exercise that is NOT destructive, and you can even use the time to run errands if you’re close enough to stores, library, post office, etc. Something sweaty joggers, who don’t want to slow down or stop, generally don’t do. I get my exercise and save gas this way – 2-8 miles a day, weather permitting and depending on what needs doing.
