I’ve got arthritis in most of my joints, they generally take turns acting up, but there are days when everything works right and doen’t hurt at all.
For a particular injury, in my 20s the doc would say, “if you do these things, in a couple weeks it’ll feel better.” Now for a similar injury the doc says “wow, that’s going to hurt.”
