oh but they do grow out, i get mine trimmed every time i get a haircut.
They do grow out and/or fall out and the color fades too. I dye mine and it only lasts about two and a half weeks. Women tend to lose the outer part of the eyebrow as we age. (Maybe due to too much tweezing?) Men’s eyebrows get bushier with age!
Oh, yeah….they grow, aw’right. Ever since I hit 60, they grow faster than the weeds in my blueberry planters.

Mine stopped growing 20 years ago! It grows on my chin instead now. :(
