Boy: Dad, you can just read quietly to yourself if you like. I'm fine with my audio-bedtime stories.
Although this is a comic, on the serious point about whether or not this is a bad thing: I think it is bad if people stop reading, but good if they can absorb more books at times they can’t read: like when driving. The only bad part about listening instead of reading is you don’t see spelling.
