My credit union is local and they have a local fraud department number (and a 1-800 number), so it makes it easy.-I buy a lot of music (LPs and CDs) from overseas sources, so I trigger the fraud detection system a few times a month :) I have their numbers as contacts on my cell phone so I know it’s really them. I’m on a first-name basis with two people there…“Why would you order this CD from a shop in St. Petersburg!?” “Because Aria doesn’t have an American distributor!” :)
