Cop in white: Looks like litter, all right. Turns my stomach just to look at it.
I hate people that liter, in front of my house one of the ‘guests’ who visits the neighbors parks in front. Every time she opens the door to get her kids out, garbage falls out…she walks away and leaves it every time. When I questioned her about it, she said she isn’t littering if it falls out by itself, that it is just an accident…its only littering if her or one of her kids throws it or drops it.
I disagree but she hasn’t changed and won’t change.
