Man: This is my last song of the evening, and coincidentally the last one I know that only requires one hand.
Actually, there is a fair body of work composed for the left hand, most for Paul Lichtenstein, the Austrian pianist who lost his right arm in WW-I. The Ravel is the best known, but Shostakovich is played on occasion. In addition to those two concertos, there were quite a few works for solo piano, including some suitable for piano bar playing. The library has saved pianist careers a few times when carpal tunnel or other problems have incapacitated the right hand.
